The votes have it, through it was close. Sonic Universe won out by one vote, but most of you wanted to hear about both the comic and MadWorld! So we did talk a bit about both.

Sonic Universe was interesting, but I want to wait and see where the series goes. I sort of see this as a replacement of the long extinct 48-page specials and 3-part miniseries, and I rather like the confined story format as a nice contrast to the long-running main series comic for the sake of variety, not that I favor one format over the other.

I did a decent job of saying “I like MadWorld,” but I don’t think I did the game justice in my impressions/review. In summary, it’s short, it’s a little repetitive depending on your play style, but it’s a fun experience that hovers between strategic and mindless, but oh-so-satisfying. It’s a game you play to let off some steam, have a few laughs, and zone out.

Henry Hatsworth. It’s awesome, it’s for DS, and I’m enjoying it more than MadWorld.

EDIT: I thought I’d call myself out before anyone else has the chance. I forgot about Cream and Nack when I mentioned Blaze as a character introduced on a handheld.

EDIT: Listener Reaper requested the Jukebox Song “King of the Ring,” not Merc.

    well love idea reef but sadly i dont live in the USA.my sonic universe issue i would like to see is silver universe u dont much but him and i love his powers too and also i have idea for a next L.R.P have people give u a pictures with there sonic fan character and the universe cool later gotta jet.

    you guys remember in episode 5 were you said episode 13 was going to be flash back episode.I can understand if it was just a joke but just was asking for confermation

    Episode 13 isn’t going to be a flashback episode, but we are working on a special tribute to everyone’s favorite modern Sonic character. Who it is, I’m not saying, but it will be massive!
